Using in-house teams and infrastructure we provide a comprehensive set of managed services in support of Chip and PIN terminals and other point of sale solutions. The benefit to our customers is that all software development, help desk services, swap and repair are carried out from our UK premises in Salisbury by highly experienced staff.
An in-house and multi-lingual help desk (languages spoken include English, Polish and Spanish) is available 24/7 365 days a year, employing staff experienced in Chip and PIN and all forms of card payment. Working to a rigorous set of Service Level Agreements we use our knowledge and experience to measure both the quality of product ‘in the field’ and also our effectiveness in resolving problems quickly and efficiently. Our record in that respect is excellent and the call centre is widely recognised as the industry standard bearer. All of which means less disruption for the terminal holder, a reduced need to swap problematic terminals and increased customer satisfaction.
We are able to offer a next day swap process utilising the services of our courier partner, Global Freight Services. This is supported by a fully ISO and Payment Card Industry (PCI) accredited service centre which repairs and refurbishes our full range of Chip and PIN terminals and payment solutions. Continuous improvement is our key metric with data logged, recorded and available as part of a comprehensive management information service made available to our customers.
